Lydell Hills and Jamaal "Black Root" Collier (curators)
Lydell Hills is the founder and executive director of the Truth to Power organization which works to provide trauma-responsive care and social-emotional learning activites for the youth in order to develop community leaders.
Jamaal Collier, also known as Blackroot, is a popular hip-hop artist based in Maryland who aims to inspire the youth through music. He performs in a variety of places, including local schools, in order to teach students about different forms of music and the power of hip-hop.
