Baltimore Rhythm Festival to Hold “Free Fundraiser” at New Home.
The Baltimore Rhythm Festival hosted an evening of jamming and performances by old and new friends of the Festival at the Greenmount West Community Center, 1634 Guilford Ave, Baltimore, MD 21202. The event was free to attend and will feature conscious and delicious fare created by beloved community member Mama Saray. Everyone is welcome to this event whose purpose is to encourage donations and support for the upcoming Baltimore Rhythm Festival to be held at the same location on September 16.
The event begins with an open form rhythm jam followed by a reception. Performances and featured an amazing line up, including Amadou Kouyate, Ama Chandra, Orlando Cotto, and Jerome Wright.
