Jumoke Ajanku Emerging from a family of artists, Jumoke Ajanku is a multi-talented musician whose sound is infused with tradition and legacy rooted in the rhythms of West Africa. His travels and studies have taken him to Senegal, The Gambia and The Ivory Coast where he honed his craft under the mentorship of legendary musicians like Famadou Konate and Baile McKnight. Jumoke's talents have graced stages worldwide, as far as Bali and Japan, providing opportunities to perform alongside artists such as India Arie, Cee-lo, and Kanye West. Beyond the spotlight, his commitment to arts education is equally impactful. As an educator, he instills a deep appreciation for drumming, dance, and theater in his students, nurturing the next generation of artists. A creative force behind The Ajanku Brothers, his  reach extends beyond performances, inspiring others to embrace creativity and pursue their passions.
