King's career as a musician has taken him across continents, where he has immersed himself in the vibrant culture of West Africa studying under master musicians such as Mamady Keita and Bill "Babalou" Caudle. He has collaborated with a diverse range of artists, sharing the stage with international talents such as Roy Ayers, James Ingram, Tony Allen and Wunmi. He also serves as an educator and mentor,sharing his passion for the arts with both children and adults. His innovative approach to arts education, includes the development of curriculua that blends creative expression with academic learning. As a visionary behind The Ajanku Brothers, his artistic influence exemplifies the transformative power of art, instilling a passion for cultural heritage and artistic excellence in future generations.
